On a working trip we visited the eco-quarter VERY on Botanicheskaya Street, 29

VERY completely changes the perception of life in Moscow. The city here surrenders to nature, becoming its necessary and comfortable appendix. 77% of the quarter's area, which is almost four football fields, is given over to landscaping: walks, games, and private recreation. A unique microclimate is created by more than a thousand specially planted trees and shrubs. There are 1 456 flats in 4 residential buildings of VERY: from functional studios with the area of 21-40 square metres to 5-room flats with the area of up to 139 square metres.

The Botanical Garden is a huge green park area of over 360 hectares, with its diverse plant life, walking paths and bicycle paths.
