Renovation of the territory of the OKTAVA factory is a modern space for creativity and learning. This facility will combine museums, learning platforms, a library, a space for lectures and masterclasses. It is also implied that this project will allow this place to be called the main creative platform of Tula.

We have carried out work on the development of the architectural concept. The aim is to create a bright and interesting urban environment, centred on the concept of active living.
